How do I reset my password?

Logged in users: Navigate to Account Settings (click the profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen) > select Change password. Complete the prompts to reset your password and click Confirm to save changes. Use that new password moving forward whenever logging into Incidenta.

Logged out users: On the login page, select Forgot your password and enter the email address associated with your account. Navigate to your inbox and find the password reset email from Incidenta. In that email, click the link - it will bring you back to our app with prompts to reset your password. Once you click Confirm, the changes will be saved and you’ll be able to use that new password moving forward.
