Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. The browser cache temporarily stores images, scripts, and other parts of websites while you are browsing.
To clear cache and cookies, do the following:
Log out of Incidenta.
Close the tab and the browser.
Delete the bookmark from your home screen (IMPORTANT).
On your iPhone/iPad home screen, go to: Settings > Safari > clear history and website data.
Then on your iPhone/iPad home screen, go to: Settings > General > Reset (At the bottom) > Reset Location & Privacy.
Enter your password and click “Reset Settings”.
Open Incidenta by visiting: https://app.incidenta.org/login
Log in using your email and password.
Be sure to give Incidenta access to your location when asked to do so.
