At this time, the Incidenta Support team is only available via live chat and email. We do not have a phone line available. Our team is committed to delivering quick and efficient service to you via these two channels.

We operate Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm EST. If you're reaching us during our business hours, you can expect a response almost instantly. Here are a couple of different ways to contact us.

  1. Online chat: Click on the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You should see one of our team members online and ready to assist you. Pop your question into the chat and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Make sure to also leave your email address in the chat - if we respond at a time when you've already exited the window, our message will be emailed to you instead.

  2. Email: You can email our team at [email protected]. If you're emailing us during our business hours, you can expect to receive an email response very quickly.
