Incidenta is a subscription-based service which bills on a monthly or annual basis depending on the type of plan you select. Users are free to cancel their subscription in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Additionally, you will receive a courtesy email reminder before your free trial comes to an end and before your first monthly charge. This email will provide instructions on how to cancel your subscription if you wish to do so.

In addition, each invoice and receipt you review will have a link to our Cancellation Policy should you ever need to refer back.
