You can cancel your subscription anytime within our customer portal. In the app, navigate to Account Settings (click the profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen) > then click Manage Subscription. You will see the option to cancel your plan.
Cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use Incidenta. You will have access to the app until the end of your billing period and you will not be charged again. You can resubscribe again at any time.
