Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription if you are on our Individual Single Driver plan. If you are on our Enterprise plan, please contact us. Please note that any changes to a plan will take into effect at the end of the subscription period.
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
Navigate to Account Settings in the app (select the profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen)
Select Manage Subscription
Within our customer portal, select "Cancel your plan"
Your subscription cancellation will go into effect once your billing cycle has come to an end.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, take a look at our pricing plans, select which subscription type you'd like to change to (monthly or yearly) and complete the prompts to re-subscribe.
