You can easily update your payment method on file yourself to ensure any future payments are billed to the intended card. In the app, navigate to Account Settings > click Manage Subscription.
From within our customer portal, click Add Payment Method. Make that card your new default card to ensure future payments are billed there. You can then remove the original payment method on file to erase it from your account completely.
Please note: We cannot retroactively change the payment method used for a prior payment. Any changes made to your payment method on file will only apply to future charges.
