It’s important to enable your location when using Incidenta in order for us to accurately provide collision data in your area.
In order for Incidenta to use an accurate location, it requires access to the GPS feature on your device. When a user does not allow access to their location, Incidenta will use the next best available option – which is to use the cellular network location that the device is currently using.
If your location is not accurate, or if you have been presented with an error message saying that Incidenta could not find your location, chances are this issue can be easily resolved by resetting your device’s location settings.
The steps to reset your device’s location settings depend on the device and browser that you are using. Please click on the device/browser you are using to access Incidenta below to find your specific steps.
