The map view shows your current location, your chosen area of coverage, and all the active and cleared incidents in your area.

The map view is great if you want to get a quick snapshot of what is happening in your territory, or if you want to see if there are any incidents on route to your destination.

Click any incident on the map and you’ll be presented with a detailed view of that incident. To begin navigating toward that incident, click the “Start” button.

As a driver, I would want to have a look at the map view before I set out on a drive and see if there are any incidents that I can swing by to check out on my way to my destination.
