At times, an error message may appear when you try to set your 'Location' method to GPS.

  1. Access to geolocation has been denied: Your device has denied Incidenta access to your location. Click "Read More" for instructions on how to change this setting.

  2. Geolocation Timeout: Your device was unable to determine your location before it timed out.

  3. Geolocation Unavailable: Your device was unable to determine your location.

To correct this, we'll need to reset your device's location settings. The steps to reset your devices’ location settings depend on the device and browser that you are using. Please click on the device/browser you are using to access Incidenta below to find your specific steps.

Don’t see your browser listed above? First make sure you are using one of Incidenta’s supported browsers. Then contact Incidenta support (chat with us live or email [email protected]) and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary instructions.
