If you encounter the "Location Unavailable" error while using our app, it means your device is unable to access your location due to a network or other device-related issue. Here are some steps to resolve the issue:

1. Ensure Location Services Are Enabled

Make sure that your device’s location services are turned on.

  1. On Android: Go to Settings > Location and turn it on.

  2. On iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and turn it on.

  3. On other devices, refer to your device’s manual to enable location services.

2. Check Your Network Connection

A stable internet connection is required for accurate geolocation. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or has good mobile network coverage.

3. Improve GPS Signal

If your device relies on GPS, make sure it has a clear line of sight to the sky. Buildings, tunnels, or being indoors can disrupt the signal and cause location unavailability.

4. Refresh Your Browser

Sometimes, the issue can be resolved by refreshing the webpage or restarting your browser.

5. Check Browser Permissions

Ensure your browser is allowed to access your location.

  1. On Android Chrome: Go to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Permissions, and allow location.

  2. On iOS Safari: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Safari, and allow location access.

  3. Other browsers: Check your browser’s settings for location permissions.

6. Restart Your Device

If the issue persists, try restarting your device to reset location services and reattempt the request.

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.
