If you've denied location access for our website in Chrome on your desktop, you may not be able to use certain location-based features. Here's how to re-enable location services in Chrome:

1. Open Chrome Settings

  1. Click the three vertical dots (menu icon) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Privacy and Security

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and Security.

  2. Under Privacy and Security, click on Site Settings.

3. Access Location Settings

  1. Scroll down to the Permissions section.

  2. Click on Location to view location access permissions for websites.

4. Reset Location Permissions for the Website

  1. Under the Blocked section, find our website.

  2. Click the arrow icon next to the website's name.

  3. In the dropdown that appears, select Allow to re-enable location access for our website.

5. Refresh the Website

  1. Once you've changed the location permissions, refresh the webpage or close and reopen Chrome to apply the new settings.

Additional Steps if the Issue Persists:

If you're still encountering issues after allowing location access, try the following:

  1. Clear Chrome’s cache and cookies: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data, then select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  2. Update Chrome: Make sure you’re running the latest version of Chrome by going to Help > About Chrome.

  3. Check your system's location settings: On Windows, go to Settings > Privacy > Location, and ensure location services are enabled. On macOS, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Location Services.

By following these steps, you should be able to restore location access in Chrome and use all features of our website.
