Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. The browser cache temporarily stores images, scripts, and other parts of websites while you are browsing.

Clear cache and cookies on Google Chrome for mobile

  1. If you have saved Incidenta to your homescreen, please delete it now. Don’t worry – you can add this back later.

  2. Open Google Chrome on your iPhone or iPad and tap the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Select "History".

  4. Tap "Clear browsing data".

  5. Choose the time range > "All time".

  6. Select "Cookies and site data" and "cached images and files".

  7. Tap "Clear data".

Done! Your browser cache and cookies have now been cleared. Now if you wish to add Incidenta back to your home screen, please see our Add Incidenta to your Home Screen article for instructions.
